Welcome to the 3D Glasses Direct Store web site. This site is an extension of our
retail store in Reseda, California. This site features over 400 Unique and hard
to find products. We also manufacture all of our 3D Glasses and have custom imprinting
available, Just call us for a quote.. We're constantly adding new and exciting items,
so check back with us often.

The availability of certain items change on a daily basis. We update these
listings almost daily, but there will always be more changes. If there is an availability
change on an item you've ordered, we'll contact you for confirmation before processing
the order.

SECURE ORDERING
All online transactions at the Rainbow Symphony Store web site are handled with
industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the
order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form,
then decoded when it gets to us.

send email or give us a call. If we don't stock it, we'll try to find it

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Rainbow Symphony accepts all major credit cards for web, phone, and in-store purchases.
(American Express, Mastercard, and Visa), as well as purchase orders
from established corporate accounts.
SHIPPING
We ship in-stock orders placed before 3pm PST/PDT within 2 to 3 Days of the
day we receive them. Please note that this applies to UPS shipments to US addresses,
and only to business days, when UPS is operating.
We ship virtually anywhere in the world. For destinations within the continental
United States, we use UPS Ground Commercial and Residential, unless otherwise specified
Rush Shipments are available, and you can choose many shipping options
from our pull down menu on the final order page in the checkout section of our store.
International Shipments are sent via U.S. Express Mail unless otherwise specified.
Prices vary according to shipment weight. Shipments generally arrive within 3-6
business days, barring customs delays. To avoid delays, please be sure to include
a valid email address on the order form.
RETURN POLICY
If the item you receive isn’t what you’d hoped for, you may return it for a refund
or store credit within 30 days, in new condition and with all the original packaging
information enclosed . If you need to return your purchase, please contact Rainbow
Symphony Store via phone or email. Reference the purchase date, invoice/packing
slip number. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Please note that used 3D Glasses are not returnable.
